Serenata Geropsychiatric Care
The Serenata Geropsychiatric Care program addresses the unique physical and emotional needs of senior adults in a therapeutic environment that promotes safety and healing for our guests. Our multidisciplinary team of specialized Geri-Psychiatrists, Social Workers, Therapists, and Nurses work closely to provide guests and their families with calming and meaningful engagement.

Neuropsychological cognitive assesments and screening
Medication management
Daily structured programming with consistent routines
Group and individual activities with qualified interdisciplinary clinicians

Serenity Dual Diagnosis Program
The Serenity Dual Diagnosis Care and Rehabilitation program integrates mental health, addiction recovery, and medical rehabilitation to promote a holistic approach to wellness, empowering guests to live and function at an overall healthier level. The program is staffed by specialized Psychiatric Rehabilitation Service Coordinators, Social Workers, and Nurses who provide patient-centered, evidence-based treatment. The program is designed to accommodate residents with both behavioral and substance-abuse needs.

On-site counseling services and group therapy
Psychosocial well-being and safety planning
Mental Health Specialists, CASC/CADC if applicable
Interdisciplinary, disease-specific management of diabetes, hypertension, renal disease, heart failure, COPD, and other complex medical diagnoses

The Alma Cardiac Management Program
Salud Wellness has an innovative Cardiac Management Program which focuses on patients who have coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, post bypass surgery, and heart attacks.

Aliento Palliative Care

This specialized program was designed to alleviate symptoms associated with life limiting illnesses. The goal is to provide comfort care while meeting the emotional and spiritual needs of the patients and their family. Our skilled Palliative Care specialists work together with the physicians and the clinical team to provide options to enhance quality of life.

For families who need a break from their daily, at-home caregiving routines, Salud also offers a temporary stay Respite Care Program. This program offers your loved one a safe, nurturing environment and round-the-clock nursing supervision. It also offers assistance with daily living activities, restaurant-style dining and a regular program of social and recreational activities. Additional features of this program include variable length of stay schedules, medication management, rehabilitation and clinical care services as needed.
